On Sunday, we attended church (thank you for the transportation, John and Karlena). When we came out to leave, a car was parked exactly in front of the car we used to get there. Parking here is highly unusual. Other than speed laws on the freeways, traffic laws seem to be suggestions or guidelines here. One church attendee whose English is very good, watched as our friend maneuvered the car of its parking space, look at me, shrugged and said, "Latins". Laughed so hard! There's an example of parking, especially double parking that is rampant in this city, below. We take Uber most of the time because the bobbing and weaving through the streets is hard to watch.
